Laurie is extremely helpful through the IFS process. I have limited funds and I have only been able to reach out to her during crisis but she has made herself available asap and truly saved my life 3x now in three separate one hour sessions over the span of about 8 months. I am a DIYer but we all need some help navigating through IFS now and then and Laurie is my savior. She helps me find my way back to ME when the others have taken over. I enter the sessions full of suicidal ideation and I exit the sessions laughing and light hearted and remembering that I am allowed care, love and fun.
